Visit the dashboard, and then check the pending questions and submit answers to them.
You have to answer the user's query to the best of your ability. Also please attach any images/videos that might be required for understanding your instructions.
The answer needs to be at least 100 words.
No you cannot. Any such information (phone/email) will be edited out. The privacy of the users is paramount, and such information can compromise that.
If the followup questions are DIRECTLY related to the original question, they will be allowed. There will be no extra fees. Note if the astrologer declines to address this, the user can possibly give the astrologer a bad review.
All questions have a defined deadline of 48 hours. If you fail to answer them before that deadline, the question will get cancelled and money refunded.
The user pays after receiving the answer. Only partial parts of the answer are shown to the user. The blacked out parts are revealed only after the payment is made.
Please try sticking to English. If you plan to use another language, please add that to your bio.
You can set your own fees (from 100-1000₹). GoAstrologer will take 50% and pay you the remaining 50%. For public questions you receive 100% of listed price.
Public questions are questions that can be seen by any astrologer. They have a low fees that goes up with time. Read more.
You can withdraw your earnings once you reach a minimum balance of ₹2000/-.
The astrologers page promotes active astrologers. So if you have not logged in to your dashboard page lately, you might be slowly hidden from the astrologers page.
You get credits for the following statuses - Answered, Reviewed. If you feel some question is wrongly marked, please contact us.
If the astrologer fails to respond, the order might either get "Cancelled" - and the order is visible, or it might get "Transferred" and the order will disappear from the dashboard.
